Many of our trainings also offer tiered pricing options, and the guidelines are as follows:
Generative Pricing:
This tier is for those who have the financial freedom to both attend training and also support training access through shared resources. Please choose this tier if you:
- Own your home/pay a mortgage for your home
- Have a two-income (or more) household
- Have investment accounts, inheritance, etc.
- Have the means to travel for fun
- Have access to money and resources in times of need
- Work part-time by choice
Traditional/Sustaining Pricing:
This tier is for those who have the financial ability to pay the full value of the training cost. Please choose this tier if you:
- Have consistent work compensated at a median income rate based on your region
- Pay rent that is not more than 25% of your income
- Have the financial stability to do recreational activities (go out to dinner, movies, etc)
- Do not own your own home
Supported Pricing:
This tier is for those who have limited access to financial resources and would benefit from community support. Please choose this tier if you:
- Are a graduate student and paying tuition
- Have major medical expenses not covered by insurance
- Have been denied work or experienced discrimination based on oppression
- Are eligible for public assistance
- Have immigration-related expenses
- Are supporting adult dependents
- Are primarily working in a setting with under-resourced populations, and your income reflects this work
