Suzi Rutti, MSW, LISW-S (she/her)

Suzanne (Suzi) Rutti, MSW, LISW-S (she/her) is the owner of Rutti Counseling & Consultation, and a network faculty member with the Institute for Creative Mindfulness. Suzi specializes in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced a range of traumatic experiences. She works often with complex PTSD, dissociative experiences, preverbal trauma, sexual violence, childhood abuse, traumatic birth experiences, intimate partner violence, and other adverse life experiences. Suzi enjoys collaborative consultation opportunities, as well as providing advanced topics and foundational trainings.

Jasmine Adams, LCSW, PMH-C (she/her)

Jasmine Adams (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Perinatal Mental Health certification (PMH-C), EMDRIA-approved trainer and consultant, and owner of a Long Beach-based private practice,  specializing in trauma, oppression trauma, complex PTSD, perinatal mental health, and dissociation. Her therapeutic approach centers the participant as the expert of their own healing, emphasizing empowerment, choice, and dismantling hierarchies within the therapeutic space. Taína is an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant and trauma therapist with a focus on fertility challenges and perinatal/birthing person trauma, historical/intergenerational trauma, and medical/oncological trauma. Erin Kelly, LCSW, REAT, RYT500 (she/they)

Erin E. Kelly, LCSW, REAT, RYT-500 is an EMDRIA Certified Therapist, an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, and an EMDR training facilitator based out of Pittsburgh, PA. A current doctoral student at California Institute of Integral Studies in the Transformative Studies Department, Erin is also exploring components of humility and vulnerability in healing relationships. Kim Johnson-Smith, LISW-S (she/her)

Kim Johnson-Smith, MSW, LISW-S is a Clinical Social Worker specializing in the treatment of  complex trauma, traumatic loss, single incident trauma, and dissociative disorders in adults. Kim has been certified in EMDR since 2020 and is a CIT through EMDRIA. Kim enjoys working with other clinicians and takes an intuitive and collaborative approach to both therapy and consultation. Kim graduated from Loyola University in 1999, and was trained from a psychodynamic perspective which she utilizes in therapy. Kim also draws from modalities including mindfulness, somatic interventions, ego state and parts work, DBT and CBT.  Traumatic experience often manifests in the development of a wide array of psychological and physiological conditions that can limit one's capacity to be fully engaged and present in life. Rachel is a Consultant-in-training who practices with a foundation in relational work and building rapport in a healing environment that creates genuine connection, & self-discovery. Rachel uses standard EMDR along with different EMDR protocols with a relational and mindfulness focus. Consultation will support the clinician in providing an environment that creates safety to address challenging material. Consultation will provide support to clinicians for self-regulating and management of any secondary-trauma symptoms.
