ATTENTION: Due to current health concerns, RCC clinicians may or may not be seeing clients in person.  We are working diligently to make appropriate accommodations so that our clients do not have to go without help and support through this time of uncertainty.  Our staff has completed necessary telehealth training so that we can confidently and competently offer services through video.  Please contact your clinician directly about scheduling telehealth sessions.  To reach your individual clinician:

For in-person sessions, you will be asked to sign a specific consent form and adhere to office policies regarding safety.  If you answer "yes" to any of the following questions on the day of your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule or do your session via telehealth:

  1. Do you have a fever or have you had a fever in the last 24 hours?
  2. Do you have a cough, cold symptoms, shortness of breath or loss of taste/smell?
  3. Have you tested positive for COVID-19? On what date?
  4. Have you had contact with anyone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
  5. Are you currently quarantining or living with someone who is quarantining from COVID-19 exposure?
